「狙擊之王」在（騙人布）的設定中是來自狙擊島的無名英雄，身為騙人布的摯友，為了營救「妮可·羅賓」而出現在海上列車的最前線，準備助草帽海賊團一臂之力。本次在 P.O.P. 立體化的狙擊王高約 19 公分、長度來到 33.5 公分，以非常不錯的躍動姿態呈現出騙人...不對，狙擊王壓低重心、以巨型彈弓「兜」發射出彈藥之後的造型，從特色面具的細節刻畫與戰損痕跡、在繃帶包覆之下的肌肉線條、深褐色七分褲的皺褶，到披風極具立體感的陰影效果都很棒！從正前方穿過兜的五根尖頭看過去，更能感受到狙擊王的魄力！
